Raised in South Florida by her mother, a realtor, and father, a traveling Salesman, Jacqueline Garcia has had an innate understanding of sales and an intimate relationship with the South Florida residential home market her entire life. Her skills as a Salesperson emerged from both her apprenticeship under her mother and her early career in sales in the health club industry.
By the mid 1990s, Jacqueline knew it was time to take all her skills and all her knowledge towards the ultimate Sales profession and began her career as a Real Estate Sales Representative at Prats & Associates in Coral Gables, Florida. Rushing out the gate with the skills she had acquired and her close relationship to the profession, she achieved Rookie of the Year at Prats her first year in sales. She then quickly became a top producer for both Prats and Prudential (who would acquire Prats due to her and her colleagues’ outstanding performance).
Throughout her career, Jacqueline has found ways to flourish in every aspect of the real estate profession: as a Salesperson (as mentioned earlier), as a recruiter (where she began her career with Anywhere/Coldwell Banker), as a sales director and coach, and finally as a Broker for a Coldwell Banker branch. There is no branch of the real estate profession she hasn’t had experience or top performance with. For 28 years she has been serving South Florida with a dynamic career that ranges from corporate management, to on the ground sales, to being the boss herself.
